Celeste Iafrate, B.a. MACP. RP (Q) #14484
Celeste Iafrate is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She earned a Psychology Degree from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. With a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and over six years of experience working with children with autism, Celeste brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to her practice.
Driven by a genuine desire to help clients navigate life’s complexities with nonjudgmental understanding, Celeste always considers their cultural uniqueness. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to her, as it lays the groundwork for progress and success in the therapeutic journey. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, customizing them to suit the unique needs of each person. Celeste embodies patience, keen attentiveness, and empathetic understanding, cultivating a safe and nurturing space where clients can authentically engage in their therapeutic journey.
What defines Celeste is her warm and caring disposition, coupled with a passion for cultural mindfulness and empathy. She is ready and enthusiastic to partner with clients on their journey towards inner healing and well-being.
Outside of therapy sessions, Celeste indulges in her love for cooking, engages in self-care activities, and takes long walks with her Goldendoodle, Bailey. She enjoys listening to music, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.
